Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping Within the UAE
Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.

International Shipping
If available at checkout, international orders typically take 7–14 business days. Customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking number by email where available.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
