Products
MarhabaTap™ sells NFC tap cards, stands, stickers, and plates that link to third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Tripadvisor) or a custom destination of your choice. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these platforms. You're responsible for ensuring the destination link you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use it.

Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in AED and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. Payment is processed at checkout through our payment provider.

Custom Products
Custom Cards and Custom Stands are programmed to the link and/or artwork you provide. You confirm you have the right to use any content you submit, and MarhabaTap™ is not responsible for the destination content once the product is programmed and shipped.

Shipping
We ship within the UAE (and other regions if listed at checkout). Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including logos, product designs, and the MarhabaTap™ name — is our property or used under license and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability
MarhabaTap™ products link to third-party platforms we don't control. We're not liable for downtime, changes, or issues on those platforms. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
